1. How long will my order take?
Orders take between 3-5 business days.

2. Which courier options do you have available?
We use Paxi (R60), Aramax (R100), & Postnet (R100).  We also allow collection if you are in the Port Elizabeth area.  More details will be supplied upon checkout.

3. Can you do custom orders?
Yes, most definitely! Feel free to inquire about custom orders.

4. How does wholesale orders work?
You can buy my products at a discounted price and resell them for your own profits. I also do customised ranges where I work in collaboration with you. You send your designs. Feel free to inquire if you are interested in wholesale options!

5. How do I care for my clay products?
– Take jewellery off when you shower or swim.
– Do not leave clay products in direct sunlight
– Clean polymer products with damp cloth to remove dirt or dust
– Avoid contact with products such as hair spray, perfumes and deodorant.
